The most common question we are asked is “Where’s my race pack?”
Firstly, DON’T PANIC – Race Packs are not sent out ‘as and when’ we get an entry; that would be inefficient – we send them out in bulk by the thousands within the 10 days before race start. However if it is less than 5 days to go, and you haven’t got your race pack contact paul@kpevents.net. It is not practical to hand out rack packs before race start as the queue would be enormous and take many hours to get through, thus they must be posted.
“Please let me know if my entry is confirmed.”
The system we use to handle online entries sends an auto email confirmation when you enter, if you don’t see it try looking in your spam folder. If you really didn’t get a confirmation email, and no money was deducted – then maybe you broke the internet, we forgive you – contact us using the form below and we will confirm if you are or are not listed; if not, we apologise – something went wrong with the booking system – please try again to enter online.
